Unit Tier[]
There are 4 tier of units and 1 special:
- Tier 1 and 2: There are different unit names and attributes depending on your race. To be able to produce a certain troop type you need to upgrade your barracks to a certain level. In game these troops are often called Normal Units.
- Tier 3: To be able to produce a certain troop type you need to raise your Mercenary technology to a certain level. They can also be gained through cards. There are 2 units for any units classes, so can be divided in 2 sub tier. In game this troops are often called Senior Units or Mercenaries.
- Tier 4: These units can't be produced, but gained exchanging Tier 3 units or through cards. Your character needs to be at least level 90 to use them. These units were the most powerful units of the game before new soldiers were introduced. In a game these troops are often called Super Units.
- Tier 5: These units can't be produced, but gained through cards. Your character needs to be at least level 90 to use them. These units are the most powerful units of the game. In a game these troops are often called New Soldiers.
- Special: These units can only be gained through cards and feature event's monster. Your character need to be at least level 90 to use them. These units are often powerful units than tier 4.
Unit Attributes[]
- Class: All unit types belong to one of 5 unit classes.
- Population: Affects the number of units of this unit type that can be assigned to a hero. For example, a hero that can command 100 Infantry units can only command 50 Cavalry units because the Population size of a Cavalry Unit is 2 whilst Infantry is 1.
- Attack: Unit types with higher Attack stats will deal more damage to the enemy. The stat bonus can be done by your research building or your race.
- Defense: Unit types with higher Defense stats will be better at resisting enemy attacks. The stat bonus can be done by your research building.
- Vitality: Affects the health of this unit type. Units with higher Vitality are able to absorb more damage. The stat bonus can be done by your research building or your race.
- Agility: Unit types with higher Agility ratings are more likely to dodge enemy attacks. The stat bonus can be done by your research building or your race.
- Accuracy: When unit types with higher Accuracy ratings attack, the enemy is likely to be able to dodge the attack.
- Speed: A unit’s Speed determines the number of squares the unit will move to engage the enemy if they are melee units.

There are 5 units class, all with specific characteristic independent by race or tier.
